Rox Dawson

Chief Executive Officer

Rox has been helping organisations streamline processes and utilise online technologies for more than 20 years. It wasn't called "digital transformation" way back when he started but he has been transforming organisations using digital technologies for most of this time.

Rox has a formal background in Information Technology with a BSc from UWA and is a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the professional association for Australia's ICT sector.

Through a broad range of roles in organisations big and small, and long term experience consulting both in Australia and overseas, Rox understands that organisations need solutions which effectively utilise people, process and technology to achieve organisation strategic goals.

Rox Dawson is a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society - Australia's Professional Association of the ICT Sector

Carolyn Combes

Digital Marketing Manager

Carolyn has been a marketing communications specialist for nearly 30 years and has worked with Rox Dawson in a number of businesses for nearly half of that! When she's not creating quality content, reviewing web analytics and search engine optimisation reports, researching topics, and developing marketing campaigns, Carolyn also supports our business with branding reviews, business process mapping, determining the best use of web and other technologies to reach target audiences, and identifying opportunities to streamline business processes.

Hayden Wade

Digital Analyst and Project Manager

Hayden is currently studying a Master of Business Information and Logistics Management at UWA. He will be working at Managed Digital three days a week where he is looking forward to applying what he has learnt during his studies to real world problems. He is also really looking forward to engaging with existing clients and prospective clients to gain a better idea of how Managed Digital can solve their problems.

Louise Waddell

Web Developer & Digital Designer

Louise recently started as one of the Digital Designer at Managed Digital to provide support in the digital transformation and digital design areas. While completing a Diploma of Graphic Design at South Regional TAFE, Louise worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer which allowed her to work with a variety of clients in different industries. In her spare time she likes to head to the beach, catch up on some reading or take her 1958 Morris Minor 1000 for a drive.

Cameron Keohane

Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist

After having recently completed his Bachelor of Graphic Design and Visual Communications, Cameron joins the team as a Digital Designer. He has a wide range of expertise, from typesetting and layout to illustration and animation, and is passionate about creating impactful designs that serve purpose and connect with audiences. He looks forward to helping our current and future clients achieve their marketing goals and develop their brands.

Anna Sharp

Account Manager

Anna has a Bachelor of Communications and Media from UWA. She brings to our team her skillset in marketing, communications and ethics. Her focus at Ascend 7 is to build strong relationships with our clients and work with our team on projects.
